Position Details


* Position: Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time)


* Schedule: Saturday & Sunday


* Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


* Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour


* Location: Central Gardens Post Acute

Position Summary

As the first point of contact for our facility, the Weekend Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for visitors, residents, and staff.

This position provides front desk, clerical, and administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities


* Greet visitors, residents, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner


* Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls


* Manage visitor sign-in procedures and facility access


* Take and relay messages accurately and promptly


* Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and personnel


* Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed


* Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries


* Provide clerical and administrative support to the team


* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area


* Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications


* Excellent customer service and communication skills


* Professional demeanor and positive attitude


* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


* Basic computer and office equipment skills


* Receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required


* Reliable attendance and punctuality
