Job Description:

Serves as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the North America Deal Desk, HPE business units, and sales organizations by developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.

Partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to position the HPE product portfolio effectively and establish pricing aligned with business objectives, sales strategies, and revenue recognition requirements.

Monitors market conditions, competitive dynamics, and business performance to ensure pricing effectiveness and profitability.

Provides leadership and guidance in the development of pricing analysts through coaching, financial modeling, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Delivers training to the North America Deal Desk Pricing Advisors and Senior Pricing Advisors (Business Development Managers (BDMs)) and sales teams on deal structuring, pricing best practices, governance processes, and compliance requirements.

Recognized as a subject matter expert who applies advanced business, financial, and pricing knowledge to solve complex challenges.

Leads strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, influences organizational policy and process improvements, and exercises significant independent judgment in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

* Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Product teams to structure customer deals and optimize financial outcomes.


* Provide complex financial analysis, business modeling, and strategic recommendations to support business objectives.


* Lead strategic pricing initiatives and projects involving multiple functions, organizations, or business units.


* Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the design and implementation of enhanced policies and procedures.
