We are seeking a motivated Member Services Team Member to join our Welcome Center team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests-creating a positive, welcoming experience while helping individuals and families connect to everything the YMCA has to offer.
What You'll Do


* Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and program participants both in person and over the phone


* Welcome members with a friendly, engaging approach that supports member satisfaction and retention


* Give tours to prospective members and promote YMCA memberships and programs


* Build meaningful relationships and help members connect to programs that support their goals


* Assist with membership updates, questions, and general inquiries


* Address concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed


* Follow YMCA policies and procedures related to member services


* Monitor locker rooms as needed and respond to emergencies appropriately
