About You
In this senior leadership role that reports to the Director of Growth, you will lead the Marketing, Insights and Integrated Marketing Experience agenda across Family Care, bringing together brand strategy, consumer and customer insights, modern marketing capability and end-to-end commercial execution to unlock sustainable growth.

You will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth through consumer-led thinking, innovation and world-class marketing execution.
You will orchestrate a team of direct and indirect reports, partnering closely with brand, sales, agency, global and cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies, strengthen marketing performance and ensure the business has the insight, capability and executional excellence needed to win with consumers, customers and shoppers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Be accountable for Family Care marketing performance, including business results, brand health, short- and long-term end-to-end strategy, execution, new product development, resource allocation and team management.
* Lead and orchestrate a team of 5 direct reports and 2 indirect reports to deliver powerful consumer, customer and distributor insights that help brand and sales teams unlock growth opportunities.
* Partner with and influence the ABU, global teams and agency partners to create winning end-to-end strategies and plans.
* Ensure strong integration of sustainability into all end-to-end plans as required.
* Lead best-practice thinking in measurement, tracking and research to enable more real-time, cost-efficient and robust commercial application.
* Lead and drive adoption of best-practice modern marketing that engages consumers and shoppers where they are today, including digital, social, AI and eCommerce.
