Specialist Lead, Pursuit Strategy (Health Designer)

Work You'll Do

This experienced design professional will lead the development, design, and coordination of client proposals, presentations, and related business development projects.

This position requires experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.

They will also be responsible for complying with firm branding guidelines, departmental procedures and standards, internal client preferences and instructions, and mandatory solicitation requirements.

The Designer must routinely address shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, and last-minute requirements to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines.

Additionally, you will:


* Conceive, design, and produce a full range of high-impact print and digital collateral to include, but are not limited to: infographics, presentations, proposals, etc.


* Review solicitation requirements, style guides, and submission instructions to ensure all documents comply with format, branding, accessibility, and delivery requirements.


* Perform desktop publishing activities, including document formatting, layout design, template application, pagination, graphics integration, and production quality assurance.


* Conduct detailed quality reviews to verify document structure, formatting, section organization, fonts, headers/footers, tables, graphics, and other visual elements align with established requirements.


* Develop and manage the overarching design themes using design building blocks: cover, callouts, iconography, infographics, photography, language.


* Strategically interface and brainstorm with senior PPMDs about visual displays of information.

Grasp the substance of business issues being communicated.

Re-articulate visual options that enhance or clarify audience understanding.


* Ensure all artistic elements of the proposal/presentation adhere to the theme and deliver Deloitte Differentiators consistently across all deliverables.


* Follow the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging.

Ensure compliance with brand and visual identity as needed.


* Demonstrate a high level of professionalism through actions and communication, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
