Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for delivering standardized training programs that prepare employees for safe, compliant, and productive work within operations across North America.

This role provides classroom instruction, regulatory training, commercial driver development, and hands-on practical awareness training focused on industrial vacuum services, high-pressure water-blasting, automated cleaning technologies, and associated field operations.

Training activities are delivered through a combination of classroom learning, computer-based instruction, outdoor practical exercises, equipment demonstrations, and simulated field environments.

The Trainer plays a critical role in developing workforce readiness by ensuring employees understand operational procedures, hazard recognition, equipment fundamentals, regulatory requirements, and company expectations before progressing into field mentorship and competency assessment programs.

Working closely with Academy Operations, Program Managers, Operations Leadership, HSE, and field mentors, the Trainer helps establish a consistent training experience and supports the development of a highly skilled workforce across North America.
