Assistant Facility General Manager

Clean Harbors located in Cleveland, OH is looking to add an Assistant Facility General Manager to their team.

The Assistant General Manager of the Wastewater Treatment Facility is a proactive, experienced leader responsible for working alongside the current General Manager, helping to oversee all aspects of facility operations, regulatory compliance, labor management, financial performance, and customer service.

This role helps ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the plant while fostering a culture of safety, development, and excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in wastewater treatment, and a proven ability to drive operational success.

Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday.

Overtime and Saturdays as needed

Pay: $90,000K+ DOE, 15% annual bonus potential
