The Provisioning Engineer is responsible for inside plant engineering of Point of Presence (POP) and Collocation sites in addition to managing engineering projects and providing technical support providing advanced knowledge as it pertains to design, configuration, prioritization, implementation, and documentation of Bluebird's IP/MPLS Network.

This position includes the creation of implementation details, provisioning configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of IP/MPLS Layer 1 and Layer 2 network Elements.
