What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: Participates in preparation of food and food handling techniques to ensure quality maintaining sanitation and safety procedures.

Ensures that diets are served as prescribed by making only authorized substitutions.

Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following specific procedures.

Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and food items.

Performs day-to-day housekeeping functions in resident rooms and common areas in accordance with daily work assignments.

Identifies plans and incorporates residents daily pleasures and interests into household life based upon recommendations from families and friends.

Distribute clean laundry, linen, and garments daily.
