Responsibilities
As a Sr Advanced Software Engineer within our dynamic Flight Management System (FMS) team, you will be part of a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems for the Anthem Next Generation Avionics (NGA) program, contributing to the advancement of Honeywell's most advanced Integrated Flight Deck.

In this role, you will work in a fast paced, collaborative development environment alongside a passionate team of software and systems engineers to create and implement forward-thinking FMS software solutions.

You will contribute to satisfying technical requirements, supporting functional load deliveries, and ensuring full compliance with stringent certification standards.

As a flagship product, the Anthem Integrated Flight Deck System is not just another avionics product; it is a visionary endeavor that employs cutting-edge technologies to redefine how pilots interact with flight information and aircraft systems.


* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Core Software architectures and applications for aerospace and avionics systems


* Integrate Flight Management System (FMS) software into product development programs, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with system requirements.


* Collaborate with systems engineers, architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define software requirements, specifications, and technical solutions.


* Develop and implement software solutions that satisfy performance, reliability, security, safety, and scalability objectives.
