Senior Manager, LV Engineering

Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity available for a Senior Manager for Low Voltage (LV) Equipment Engineering in our Power Products division.

Your Missions



* Lead all engineering activities (maintenance of existing offers and new product development) for our Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboard and Motor Control Center offers


* Provide technical guidance and assistance to engineering team members



* Collaborate with Product owners and marketing league leaders to influence the technical roadmap



* Develop existing and new technical competencies within the team members



* Engage with various cross-functional teams whenever technical assistance is required concerning the offer.



* Evaluate the performance of engineering team members



* Act as the chairman of the Offer Safety Committee

Requirements:



* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred)



* 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams



* Proven track record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives



* Strong understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends



* Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.



* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
