We are currently seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Team Manager to lead the development of Schneider Electric's corporate Building Management System (BMS) platform.

As part of our global R&D organization, you will work closely with Product Management and development teams across multiple locations to drive innovation and deliver next-generation digital building solutions.

Our state-of-the-art platform provides the foundational technology that enables customers to optimize building performance, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Your Impact

As Team Manager, you will lead a team responsible for developing software solutions that power the next generation of our BMS platform.

You will create an environment where innovation, collaboration, execution and excellence thrive while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic objectives and product roadmaps.

Beyond leading day-to-day operations, you will help shape our engineering organization, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to the long-term development of our people, processes, and technology roadmap.

* Lead and develop a high-performing software development team within an agile environment.

Required Skills and Experience


* Minimum 5 years of experience leading software development teams.
