Project Manager Spring Co-op

This spring co-op will be filled in our Foxborough, MA office.

What will you do?


* Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure accuracy and visibility.


* Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and coordinate follow-ups to keep stakeholders aligned.


* Track milestones, action items, risks, and issues to support timely project execution.


* Assist with monitoring project performance, verifying task completion, and supporting schedule reporting.


* Support PMO tools and repositories, including SharePoint, templates, and process libraries.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.


* Interest or foundational knowledge in project management methodologies.


* Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, PowerPoint, or Excel is preferred.


* Strong organizational and time-management skills.


* Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.


* Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.


* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


* Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.
