Your IMPACT

As a CEE WFA Expert & People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality workforce administration and people operations services across the CEE region.

Acting as a subject matter expert in Workforce Administration and Workforce Compensation, you will drive process excellence, support HR digital transformation initiatives, coordinate regional projects, and leverage data-driven insights to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Through close collaboration with HR stakeholders, you will proactively identify improvement opportunities, ensure operational accuracy, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of HR services across the region.

Your Responsibilities

People Operations Specialist (50%)
Operations Support - Poland


* Manage the end-to-end administration of employee life cycle processes in Poland



* Ensure compliant and timely execution of workforce administration activities



* Maintain employee data accuracy and integrity within HR systems



* Support employees, managers, vendors, and stakeholders regarding HR operational processes



* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within People Operations

CEE Workforce Admin Expert (50%)

Workforce Compensation (WFC) Expert Responsibilities


* Act as the WFC SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for respective countries



* Coordinate and oversee WFC campaigns across the region



* Execute workforce change campaigns ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery



* Provide expert guidance and support related to WFC processes and governance

Workforce Administration (WFA) Expert Responsibilities


* Serve as the WFA SPOC for respected countries in CEE



* Coordinate regional WFA campaigns and employee lifecycle related enhancements



* Ensure effective planning, execution, and governance of WFA initiatives



* Partner with HR, managers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce administration execution

HR Digital Projects


* Coordinate regional HR Digital Projects



* Support project implementation activities, including:



* User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



* Change Management



* Stakeholder Communication



* Process documentation



* Adoption support

Systems & Automation


* Act as S@S SPOC
