The Role: |SC&S| ETAP Solution Application Engineer (Pre-sales)

The System Architect Engineer is responsible for designing and delivering Digital Twin solutions across Power Systems, Data Centers, Semiconductor Manufacturing Facilities, and Industrial Applications.

This role combines power system engineering, operational technology (OT), information technology (IT), simulation modeling, and cloud analytics to create end-to-end Digital Twin architectures that improve reliability, sustainability, operational efficiency, and asset lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, consultants, ETAP specialists, data scientists, and external technology partners such as NVIDIA Omniverse to develop advanced Digital Twin use cases.

Collaborate with Digital Energy project team to provide the technical and commercial proposals according to the demands of the customers.

Collaboration with other BU to expand the SE offers share in the solution proposal.

Technical solution support and enablement to field services organization

What will you do?

1.

Solution Architecture



* Develop system integration strategy between:
+ ETAP or PSSE power system simulation tools
+ Power SCADA system as SE's Ecostruxure power operator
+ BMS /DCIM system platform



* Design end-to-end Digital Twin architecture
+ NVIDIA Omniverse Platforms

2.

Power System Engineering



* Build and maintain electrical analysis models


* Model:
+ LV / MV systems
+ Transformers
+ Backup power systems
+ Renewable integration



* Perform:
+ Load flow studies
+ Short-circuit analysis
+ Arc Flash studies
+ Capacity planning


* These responsibilities align with ETAP-based Electrical Digital Twin use cases.

3.

Digital Twin Application Development


* Develop customer use cases including:
+ Predictive maintenance
+ Energy optimization
+ Operator training simulator
+ AI Factory power simulation

4.

Customer Engagement


* Lead technical workshops


* Define Digital Transformation roadmap
