In this role, you will work directly with customers, installers, delivery teams, and sales staff to ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate flooring installation appointments and warranty inspections.Schedule and coordinate customer delivery appointments.Reschedule appointments as needed and communicate updates promptly.Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance.Work closely with customers, sales associates, delivery teams, and installers to ensure seamless project execution.Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the scheduling process.

Qualifications Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination, administrative support, or a related role preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
