* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.


* 7 years of experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing environment


* Proficiency in financial statement analysis, product costing, and business case development.


* A strategic thinker who can work independently while collaborating across all levels of the organization.


* High integrity, a "continuous improvement" mindset, and the ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with Epicor Avante and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is highly preferred.
