Summary - basic function of the role

As a Cell Lead, you are the frontline leader, the driving force behind a high-performing team.

You coach, mentor, train, and motivate employees, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.

While not a direct supervisor, you play a critical role in cultivating talent, fostering engagement, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).

You are the first point of contact for your team, providing hands-on technical support, problem-solving, and ensuring all policies, work instructions, and best practices are followed.

You proactively identify and escalate both personnel and operational challenges to the Production Supervisor as needed while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.

With an unwavering commitment to lean principles and operational excellence, you facilitate daily team meetings, track key performance indicators, lead process improvements, and champion a positive work environment.

You also step in where needed, whether troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflow, or filling in on the assembly line.

As a leader by example, you ensure your team is engaged, trained, and equipped to succeed-driving results that meet both production goals and company objectives.

Your role is not just about oversight- it's about employing your team, ensuring seamless operations, and cultivating a culture of success.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 6am - 2:30 pm; Overtime 5am-3:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities



* Lead, Coach, and Develop the Team - Serve as the first line of leadership, mentoring, training, and motivating employees to build a high-performing, engaged, and accountable workforce.

Ensure team members are cross-trained and continuously developing their skills.


* Oversee Production Operations - Direct and support up to 25-30 employees to ensure products and components are built to Enerpac's quality, safety, and efficiency standards, following work instructions, bill of materials, and best practices.
