* High school graduate or equivalent.

Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.


* Internal - Previous experience in a Plating role.


* External - Minimum (2) years' experience in role using basic math skills.


* Should have a basic knowledge of chemistry


* Must have meticulous recordkeeping skills


* Have a complete and thorough knowledge in the operation of any electroplating line in the department


* Know and understand shutdown procedures for electroplate operations


* Know and understand emergency shutdown procedures, especially if a non-scheduled power outage occurs


* Must be able to read charts and graphs and follow instructions closely


* Must have working knowledge of measuring equipment and accurately weigh and mix chemicals per instructions


* Must be able to operate Forklift


* Must be able to read, write and do simple math


* Must have mechanical aptitude and ability


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
