THE OPPORTUNITY

Triad Electrical Solutions, Inc.

is seeking an experienced Working Foreman who can combine strong industrial electrical skills with hands-on field leadership and project ownership.

At Triad, a Working Foreman is more than a crew supervisor.

Our foremen are responsible for understanding the complete scope of their assigned work, planning how it will be executed, coordinating labor and materials, communicating with customers and project management, and ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Triad's quality standards.

Depending on the size of the project, a Working Foreman may lead a small crew while actively performing electrical work or may function at a superintendent level while coordinating multiple crews and project activities.

The ideal candidate has successfully taken industrial electrical projects or major scopes from startup through installation, testing, punch list, and closeout.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT


* FIELD INSTALLATION & PRODUCTIVITY


* Perform industrial electrical work alongside the crew, particularly on technically difficult or critical activities.


* Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.


* Work extensively with rigid conduit systems, including PVC-coated rigid conduit and aluminum rigid conduit.


* Install cable tray, conductors, controls, equipment, and power distribution systems.


* Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, control schematics, and manufacturer instructions.


* Lay out electrical work and establish conduit routing, elevations, equipment locations, and installation methods.


* Assign daily work based on employee experience, project priorities, and available materials.


* Monitor crew productivity and adjust assignments to keep work progressing.


* Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, applicable codes, and Triad quality standards.


* Identify constructability issues and develop practical field solutions.


* Minimize rework, wasted labor, and unnecessary material use.


* PLANNING & COORDINATION


* Understand the complete project scope and develop an execution plan before work begins.


* Develop daily and weekly work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.


* Plan labor, tools, equipment, and materials several days in advance.


* Determine material requirements and ensure material is available when needed.
