The Senior Software Engineer will be asked to help create solutions and solve critical business needs that involve a variety of technologies and methodologies: Salesforce.com Development, Full Stack Development, API Management, Test Automation, DevOps, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI-assisted workflow automation, Agile SCRUM, Reliability & Security.

Specific Responsibilities:


* Recommend appropriate technology solutions to business partners and guide development teams in how to best implement solutions.


* Act as primary liaison between our business technology and engineering groups.


* Create roadmaps for assigned platforms.


* Ensure technology stack best practices, automation, scalable design, and programmatic standards.


* Knowledge of data governance, consent management, privacy, email regulatory compliance, GDPR, CPRA, and enterprise security expectations


* Propose ideas for innovative ways to improve assigned technology platforms.
