Purpose:

This role shapes resource and capacity strategies across multiple divisions within JJIM by providing senior leaders with forward-looking insights that inform portfolio, workforce, and investment decisions.

Serving as the Capacity Management lead and strategic partner to assigned functional areas, the individual connects business priorities with resource planning, strengthens forecasting practices, and promotes an integrated approach to long-term capacity management.

Through cross-functional partnership and evidence-based guidance, the role helps leaders anticipate resource needs, evaluate trade-offs, and align resource allocation with organizational objectives.
