The opportunity

Own the strategy and growth of our market-leading UK and Ireland Energy portfolio across Ultrasonic, Advanced Bipolar and capital portfolios.

You will set portfolio priorities, lead launches and lifecycle activity, enable the sales organisation and turn customer and market insight into strong commercial execution.

This is a highly visible role at the centre of the Surgery business, with direct exposure to UK leadership and regular collaboration with regional and global partners.

Your objective will be to deliver profitable, above-market growth while improving access to optimal surgical interventions in an environmentally and commercially sustainable way.

Your remit


* Energy portfolio strategy: own the UK and Ireland strategy and annual business plan across Ultrasonic, Advanced Bipolar and capital portfolios, with clear choices on customers, priority specialties including Gynaecology, investment and measures of success.
