Job Description:

Job Title: Sr Manager PMO & Project Management, MedTech Deliver EMEA.

The DELIVER organization strives to deliver outstanding customer experience through leading critical supply chain functions such as distribution, logistics, and transportation across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

DELIVER EMEA leads a sophisticated network of Distribution Centers (DCs) and transportation across Europe, Middle East and Africa supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J's broad range of customers.

PURPOSE OF POSITION



* Support EMEA MedTech Deliver organization through efficient Portfolio Management Office and flawless Project Management execution.


* Run EMEA Deliver projects in Distribution/Transportation.


* Lead EMEA Portfolio for Deliver, Customer Solutions and Transformation functions.


* Lead a dedicated PPMO team.

Responsibilities/principal duties



* Lead EMEA MedTech Deliver, Customer solutions and Transformation portfolio strategy and health.


* Lead Monthly Business Review preparing for key governance sessions.


* Orchestrate projects pipeline, lead self and assign resources to projects in partnership with the MedTech Deliver Leadership team.


* Run CIP's (Continuous/Cost Improvement Program) engine for the region, ideation processes, and resources to support Project Management.


* Implement end to end project life cycle, business strategy, project case, budget approvals & budget management, execution, adoption and closure.


* Coordinate preparation, execution, and monitoring of Deliver financial commitments (LRFP, Business Plan, Latest Thinking updates).


* Partner with finance and operations to strengthen financial savvy and drive accountability.
