Job Purpose

Our Injection Moulding Engineering team supports exciting and innovative manufacturing value streams.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, providing technical leadership in process improvement initiatives, resolving complex moulding process challenges, and supporting both internal and site-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:


* Provide technical leadership within a production value stream for injection moulding operations.


* Ensure moulding equipment meets company specifications, schedules and budgets.


* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities through process characterisation, challenge testing, process capability studies and stability runs to qualify new products and processes in line with the annual business plan.


* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).


* Drive the identification and resolution of corrective and preventative actions associated with moulding process quality issues.
