Position Overview

The Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering engineering activities within a manufacturing value stream or technical function.

In this role, you provide technical leadership to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while supporting new product introductions, process changes, and compliance commitments in a highly regulated (GMP/ISO/FDA) environment.

You will lead and support change control, validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), and technical investigations, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners, you ensure the delivery of robust, compliant, and scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
