The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for:


* Attainment of sales/market share objectives by demonstrating the ability to support and manage the defined territory in a thoughtful and strategic manner


* Act as the main point of contact for all account management considerations at each hospital in the territory.


* Execution of national/regional/local sales and marketing strategies and programs for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular products.


* Highly effective territory management (territory budget, adherence to assigned administrative duties, working across POD structure(s)).


* Soliciting and sharing customer feedback, delivering promotional programs and proactively anticipating environmental changes while providing potential solutions that could lead to improved product and company performance in the marketplace.


* Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, decision makers and other targeted customers in order to understand and deliver a high degree of value and differentiation.
