Your Job

As a Quality Engineer, you will lead quality engineering initiatives that ensure product compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will partner closely with engineering, operations, customers, and suppliers to develop robust quality systems, drive root cause corrective actions, and implement process improvements that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, independent problem solving, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

What You Will Do


* Design, implement, and maintain systems to monitor, analyze, and improve product and process quality performance


* Lead investigations into product, process, and customer quality issues using structured root cause analysis methodologies


* Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection methods, control plans, and quality metrics


* Analyze statistical process data and quality trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives


* Support and lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including defect evaluation and disposition recommendations


* Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve process capability and product reliability


* Evaluate measurement systems and ensure appropriate calibration, validation, and effectiveness of inspection and test equipment


* Support internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements


* Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformances and systemic quality concerns


* Support new product introductions, process changes, and validation activities to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline


* Three (3) or more years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment


* Experience utilizing quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, FMEA, control plans, SPC, and CAPA


* Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation


* Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities
