Job Summary:
The IT Analyst provides the reliability of IT systems across a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment while supporting the day‑to‑day technical support for end‑user devices, business applications, and user access while supporting .

This role installs, configures, and maintains hardware, software, and productivity systems; resolves support issues; leads onboarding and offboarding; and ensures compliance with IT security and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

In addition, the IT Analyst may assist with basic infrastructure support, SQL scripting, database tasks, and small application or automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn modern tools, including application development and AI‑enhanced technologies, as Poly6 continues to scale and innovate in the aerospace market.
Job Responsibilities:


* Install, configure, and maintain end ‑ user devices, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications in compliance with security and QMS requirements.


* Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues for on ‑ site and remote users.


* Log, track, and resolve service requests while maintaining clear communication and meeting service level expectations.


* Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning accounts, configuring devices, and coordinating access with HR and managers.


* Manage user access for Microsoft 365 distribution groups and collaboration tools, escalating non-standard or security-sensitive requests to Corporate IT.


* Maintain accurate documentation for IT assets, SOPs, work instructions, and user guides to support operational consistency and audit readiness.


* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, process gaps, or opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.


* Work cross ‑ functionally with production, engineering, quality, and administrative teams to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.


* Assist Corporate IT with infrastructure tasks such as server updates, network troubleshooting, monitoring tools, and system health checks as needed.
