Develop integrated internal and external content that advances the corporate brand, enterprise narrative, and strategic priorities for a Fortune 500 company! Have a bachelor's degree with five years' experience in communications, public relations, journalism, public affairs, or content strategy? If so, we want to speak with you! We are currently seeking a Manager, Communications Content, to join our Corporate Communications team in Richmond, VA.

You will translate complex strategies, business priorities, and stakeholder objectives into clear, compelling, and consistent communications across channels and audiences.
What you will be doing:


* Serve as the primary communications partner for assigned business functions, translating priorities into messaging and content for internal and external audiences.


* Create narrative frameworks, talking points, FAQs, presentations, articles, social posts, press releases, website copy, and other communications materials.


* Use end-to-end processes and Adobe tools to produce content aligned with enterprise messaging, stakeholder objectives, and corporate brand standards.


* Monitor emerging issues, business developments, and stakeholder considerations aligned with enterprise priorities, providing communications support for priority initiatives and sensitive issues.


* Partner with the Earned Media & Enterprise Channels team to adapt content for earned, owned, shared, and employee channels.


* Review content for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and alignment with stakeholder strategies, message house guidance, and channel objectives.

We want you to have:


* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field.


* 5+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, journalism, public affairs, or content strategy.


* Demonstrated experience developing clear, compelling content for multiple audiences and channels.


* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.


* Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts on strategic communications.


* Experience supporting sensitive, regulatory, operational, or reputational issues preferred.


* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits Additional Information The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.

The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $173,450.00.
