Position Details


* Position: Dietary Aide


* Employment Type: On-Call


* Pay: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation and food service


* Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to residents' dietary needs


* Set up and clean dining areas


* Deliver meals and trays to residents as needed


* Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures


* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment


* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment


* Follow special diet instructions and resident meal preferences


* Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams

Qualifications


* Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred


* Ability to follow instructions and dietary guidelines


* Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety


* Dependable and punctual


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Compassionate and respectful when interacting with residents
