Position Details


* Position: Registered Nurse (RN)


* Employment Type: Full-Time


* Shift: NOC


* Pay: $45-$50 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes


* Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation


* Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support nursing staff as needed


* Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations


* Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications


* Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
