In this role, you will help transform support from a reactive function into a proactive, AI-enabled engineering capability by improving reliability, building resilient integrations, automating operational work, and preventing issues before they impact customers.

What You'll Do


* Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.


* Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes that improve reliability at scale.


* Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications.


* Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.


* Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.


* Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.

What You Bring

Required


* 7 -10 years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a related role.


* Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
