Job Description:

HPE is seeking a Communications Manager, HR Communications.

This is a hybrid role.

Do you have exceptional communication skills and experience leading complex, high-visibility communications programs in a global, matrixed organization? We are seeking a strategic internal communications manager to help shape how HPE communicates some of its most important people priorities.

From talent and performance initiatives to career and rewards programs, you'll build and execute compelling narratives and engaging communication experiences that resonate with team members around the world.

How you'll make your mark:

As a member of the Team Member Communications team, you will serve as a strategic communications advisor to Human Resources to help shape how HPE communicates and amplifies the experiences that enable our people to do their best work, grow their careers, and thrive, including but not limited to career development, performance management, and benefits and rewards.

You'll partner closely with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop audience-based communication strategies, advise on messaging approaches, influence outcomes, and deliver campaigns to educate and inform both leaders and team members.

Your work will help strengthen trust, drive engagement, and connect HPE's people strategy to our broader business ambitions.

Success in this role requires equal parts strategist, storyteller, consultant, and executor.
