Compensation Transparency Salary: $160,000 to $200,000 + bonus potential up to 20% Bonus eligible At Earned, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation.

Job Summary The Director, Integration Strategy will partner closely with our corporate development, growth, operations, finance, and people teams alongside key employees at newly acquired businesses.

This person will build on our Integration Playbook with a continuous improvement mindset and define repeatable, scalable processes to bring newly acquired companies onto the Earned platform, turning Earned into the only place a Doctor needs to go to have their financial needs met.

This is a critical role that will determine the goals and KPIs for how we measure the success of our integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities Perfect an integration playbook specific to types of acquisitions Earned will make (by size and type i.e.

tax firms, wealth management firms, and other firms).As part of this, continually revise and define the activities and timescale against which we integrate new acquisitions, rooted in our overall strategy, with input from key cross-functional stakeholders (product, technology, advisory services, operations, finance, people, etc.).

Drive financial accountability for integration outcomes.
