Guardian Glass is seeking a Global ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI!

In this role, you will partner with Finance, functional, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective ERP integrations and system solutions.

You will work across business and technology teams to improve processes, strengthen system capabilities, and deliver reliable solutions in an entrepreneurial environment that values results and individual contribution.

What You Will Do


* Gather business requirements and collaborate with functional teams to design integrations, extensions, reports, and data conversions.


* Connect ERP solutions to Finance goals, priorities, key performance indicators, and operational needs.


* Investigate defects, communicate solution status, and drive timely resolution of system issues affecting business operations.


* Develop and maintain Lean Specification mapping documents that support integrations across legacy Guardian and Infor systems.


* Partner with Infor functional and technical resources to complete solution specifications and resolve information gaps.


* Plan and coordinate solution, integration, pre-release, and user acceptance testing; validate system logic and configuration and drive issues through resolution.


* Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate technical details into clear business insights.


* Provide Guardian institutional knowledge to stakeholders and support effective solution decisions.


* Support change control and maintain accurate system documentation and compliance records.


* Stay current on relevant ERP technologies and practices and identify opportunities to improve solutions and delivery.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a comparable role.


* Experience analyzing, implementing, configuring, or supporting ERP solutions such as Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite, SAP, or a comparable enterprise platform.


* Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end with business and technical teams.


* Experience participating in the design, configuration, testing, implementation, or support of software solutions .

What Will Put You Ahead


* Working knowledge of Infor M3.


* Experience using AI-enabled tools to support analysis, documentation, process improvement, or solution delivery.


* Experience working on Agile delivery teams and applying structured problem-solving or continuous-improvement methods.
