Donor Relations Associate - Philanthropy

As aDonor Relations Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting the generosity that fuels HSBV's mission.

Through thoughtful donor stewardship, accurate gift processing, database management, and event support, you'll help ensure every donor feels appreciated and connected to the impact of their contributions.

How You'll Make a Difference Support Donors & Advance Fundraising Efforts Accurately process donations and gifts received through multiple channels, ensuring timely deposits and documentation.Create meaningful donor experiences through acknowledgments, thank-you communications, tribute gifts, and stewardship activities.Support workplace giving programs, donation platforms, and community fundraising initiatives that advance HSBV's mission.Help build and strengthen relationships with donors through thoughtful communication and exceptional service.

Maintain Donor Records & Data Integrity Maintain accurate donor and gift records within Salesforce and other fundraising systems.Monitor donor accounts, recurring gifts, communication preferences, and other database information.Compile weekly donation reports and updates that support philanthropic and financial planning.Identify and resolve database discrepancies while maintaining the integrity of donor information.

Support Events & Community Engagement Assist with fundraising events through registration, logistics, setup, support, and follow-up activities.Coordinate donor mailings, event invitations, newsletters, holiday cards, and other stewardship communications.Partner with volunteers who support philanthropy initiatives and administrative projects.Represent HSBV professionally at fundraising and community engagement events as needed.

Create Exceptional Supporter Experiences Serve as a welcoming point of contact for donors, supporters, volunteers, and philanthropy guests.Respond to donor inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy.Share information about HSBV's mission, programs, services, and events.Foster positive, lasting relationships that inspire continued engagement and support.
