Working Superintendent

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Working Superintendent to lead field operations for our remedial construction and restoration division.

This is a role for someone who can run the job and run the equipment someone comfortable managing crews and schedules in the morning and getting hands-on with the work in the afternoon.

Overseeing remedial waterproofing and restoration projects from start to finish Managing repointing of brick and masonry facades Directing concrete repair work, with a focus on parking structures Running multiple active job sites simultaneously Operating equipment as needed (lifts, mixers, grinders, and related restoration equipment) Coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material logistics Ensuring quality control and safety compliance across all sites Communicating progress and issues to project managers and clients
