Bus Driver

Position Summary: Each team member at Brightwater is responsible for assisting their department in striving to meet or exceed the standards of excellence that have been set.

The Bus Driver is specifically responsible for driving the community bus and other vehicles to and from required destinations safely and according to schedule.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).Assist in planning and implementing schedule for community bus or other vehicles.Drive community bus and other vehicles to and from required destinations safely and according to schedule.Promptly report any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of bus or other vehicles to Maintenance Manager.Assure interiors of bus or other vehicles are neat and clean.

Requirements: Obtain authorization from Brightwater to drive company bus/vehicles.Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Meet state or provincial health related requirements.Maintain CPR and first aid certification.Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
