Surgical Technology Instructor Location: Lehi, UT Status: Full-Time Hours: MondayThursday; 6:30 a.m.4:30 p.m.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities of the Surgical Technology Instructor include, but are not limited to: Delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in both classroom and lab settings.Supporting student growth through mentoring, regular feedback, and individualized success planning.Ensuring your curriculum stays current and aligned with real industry expectations.Partnering with fellow instructors, administrators, and industry leaders to maintain a high-quality learning experience.Leading by example in professionalism, safety, and workplace readiness.Actively participating in program development, accreditation efforts, employer advisory committees, and campus-wide events.
