CL Account Manager | Homebuilders

The Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting the marketing, servicing, and underwriting processes for the Homebuilder Division's book of small commercial and middle-market accounts, serving residential homebuilders and construction-related businesses.

This individual ensures that client records are accurate, renewals are processed timely, endorsements are handled efficiently, and client communications are clear and professional.

The AM collaborates closely with Producers, Carriers, and underwriters to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships within Oakbridge's specialized homebuilder practice.

Work Performed Manage day-to-day servicing of a book of small commercial and middle-market accounts for residential homebuilders and construction-related businessesServe as a primary point of contact for clients on routine service needsProcess and coordinate Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, policy changes, renewals and other client requestsReview policies, endorsements and carrier correspondence for accuracyWork directly with carriers and underwriters to resolve client issues and service requestsSupport renewals by gathering information, reviewing exposures, obtaining updated applications and coordinating renewal proposalsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client information and activities within EPIC AMSAssist producers with new business and renewal activity as neededDevelop a working understanding of the insurance exposures unique to residential homebuilders
