Quality Control Inspector

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help us maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality.

In this hands-on role, you'll support process controls, conduct audits, and drive improvements that ensure our customers receive exceptional products every time.

This is a first shift position located in Lancaster, NY.

What will you do?


* Perform process audits and quality checks to ensure manufacturing operations meet rigorous safety and compliance requirements


* Use root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to address quality issues and prevent recurrence


* Support change management for new manufacturing lines and process updates to maintain quality standards


* Partner with production and cross-functional teams to enhance process robustness and minimize customer-facing quality risks

* Problem Solving - intermediate level; identifying and resolving quality issues using structured methodologies


* Five Whys - intermediate level; conducting root cause investigations to prevent recurring defects

* PFMEA - intermediate level; assessing potential failure modes to strengthen process design


* Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution - intermediate level; ensuring compliance throughout the production lifecycle

* Root Cause Analysis - developing level; investigating issues to implement effective corrective actions
