Services Order Administrator Trainee ( 1 year contract)
Job Objective
The Services Order Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Services orders in the ERP system, ensuring correct registration of costs, revenues, and order details for service offerings such as Modernization, Spare Parts, Training, and Maintenance.
The role collaborates closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Logistics, and Tendering teams to ensure smooth order execution and compliance with company processes.
Contract Type: Full-time employment contract for a fixed term of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Register and process Services orders in the ERP system accurately and on time.
* Validate order details, costs, revenues, and SKU allocation according to company policies.
* Monitor and manage the order lifecycle through to completion and closure.
* Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Logistics, and Tendering teams to ensure efficient order execution.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain high data quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering is an advantage).
* Previous experience in Order Management is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build effective working relationships.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
