What will you do?



* Analyze existing processes to identify Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities.


* Propose and implement improvement actions to eliminate identified NVA activities.


* Standardize and optimize processes based on agreed improvement actions.


* Review TS & I2P procedures and workflows, and update related documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates) to support daily operations more effectively.


* Review STS processes and develop mitigation actions to improve flexibility.



* Track quality-related issues, including XA/Containment Actions and PRBs associated with Indonesia.


* Support Technical Returns (RFA), including internal coordination for data collection and product returns to factories, working closely with Factory, DHL, Export, and relevant internal teams.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Active undergraduate student (D3/D4/S1) in Industrial Engineering or related majors, max.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Interested in process improvement and operational excellence.


* Knowledgeable in lean and process improvement principles.


* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
