In This Role, You Will



* Lead daily housekeeping operations and support team members.


* Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.


* Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping associates.


* Create team schedules and assist with staffing needs.


* Manage inventory and supply orders.


* Work closely with hotel leadership to maintain exceptional service standards.


* Help with cleaning duties during busy periods.


* Promote a safe and positive work environment.

What We're Looking For



* At least 1 year of housekeeping or hospitality experience.


* Strong leadership and communication skills.


* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.


* Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.


* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
