What we're looking for in a Regional Manager: This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role for someone who is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening culture, and turning strategy into consistent, everyday behaviors inside the branch.You are a hands-on, people-first leader who believes performance follows leadershipand that the best way to grow results is by showing up, coaching in real time, and building trust with your leaders.You will spend approximately 80% of your time traveling to your branches, partnering closely with Branch Managers to elevate leadership capability, reinforce sales and service behaviors, strengthen accountability, and ensure a consistently exceptional member experience across your region.
