The Opportunity:

You will drive commercial construction projects from initial planning to completion while serving as the primary liaison between owners, architects, and field teams.

This role provides direct access to company leadership in a collaborative environment where your individual impact is recognized and valued.

You will take ownership of timelines, budgets, and project quality to deliver exceptional outcomes for a diversified group of commercial clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful execution.


* Monitor overall project progress and resolve emerging issues to keep jobs on schedule and within budget.


* Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with safety regulations, local building codes, and quality standards.


* Coordinate subcontractors, material procurement, and field personnel to maximize jobsite productivity.


* Secure all required permits, licenses, and official approvals prior to initiating site construction.


* Provide clear, regular project status updates and financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.


* Implement proactive risk management plans to anticipate operational obstacles and protect project margins.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the commercial sector.


* Deep knowledge of commercial construction practices, building codes, and safety procedures.


* Demonstrated track record of successfully managing project budgets, timelines, and procurement processes.


* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.


* Experience utilizing ProCore or similar construction management software platforms.
