Scope:

This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the employee benefits programs for Puerto Rico.

Reporting to the Director, Benefits - Americas, this position will support a diverse and multilingual population set in the Americas region.

Job Summary:

The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for maintaining plan records, auditing data, and preparing various reports and analytics related to plan administration and performance.

The position requires day to day coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize the employee experience, plan performance and compliance.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:


* Lead and serve as main point of contact for employee benefits programs for Puerto Rico.


* Coordinate the day-to-day administration of Puerto Rico benefits programs, partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with plan provisions, established procedures, and applicable requirements.


* Implement, administer, and communicate benefit programs including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life/ad&d, disability, voluntary programs, EAP, retirement plan, and COBRA.


* Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize the employee experience, plan performance and compliance and strive to continually improve processes.


* Disseminate mandatory notices and lead benefit communications to the organization.


* Manage all aspects of annual Open Enrollments - including preparing and distribution of communication materials, scheduling of webinars/meetings, updating the bswfit benefits portal, coordination with internal HR Business Partners and assisting with employee questions.


* Work closely with the Director, Benefits - Americas to evaluate existing benefit programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends, and developments.


* Support merger and acquisition initiatives with leadership, business partners and various stakeholders for a successful integration and transition of benefits.
