Summary:

The OT Analyst supports the reliability, performance, and integration of Operational Technology (OT) systems across the company's plants and industrial sites, including SCADA, PLCs, historians, HMIs, and related control and automation systems.

This role acts as a key link between plant operations, automation engineering, and corporate IT, helping ensure OT systems run smoothly, data flows accurately between the plant floor and business systems, and issues are diagnosed and resolved quickly.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to someone comfortable working with both industrial systems and the people who operate them, translating between plant teams and technical/IT teams, and helping standardize how OT systems are managed across sites.

What you'll be contributing:



* Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.


* Provides day-to-day support for OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, historians, and related plant-floor applications.


* Diagnoses and troubleshoots system issues, working with plant operations, automation engineers, and vendors to resolve them.


* Supports system upgrades, migrations, and deployments across sites.


* Maintains accurate inventories and documentation of OT assets, network layouts, and system configurations across sites.


* Keeps configuration records, diagrams, and standard operating procedures up to date as systems change.


* Supports planning and execution of OT-related changes and projects, coordinating with plant operations to minimize disruption to production.
