Your Role and Responsibilities



* Collaborate with dedicated co-workers and managers in a dynamic team setting



* Champion a safe work environment, strictly following all company, OSHA and MSHA safety policies



* Conduct thorough inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to ensure premium quality



* Test mixtures for compliance with contract specifications and quality control tolerances



* Monitor daily processes and materials to consistently exceed agency and customer requirements



* Record and maintain accurate data in our test results database



* Assist internal and external customers with professionalism and efficiency



* Achieve necessary certifications promptly to stay at the cutting edge



* Support quality control plans and help keep work areas clean and organized



* Perform other duties as needed to support team success

What We're Looking For



* Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and "Fit for Work" physical



* Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 75 lbs repetitively



* Strong visual acuity (with correction)-close, distance, peripheral, depth, and focus



* Valid driver's license and compliance with our fleet safety standards



* Professionalism and courteous attitude at all times



* Flexibility to work nights, weekend...
